America’s Youngest Outcasts
In 2010 the Wilson Foundation made a multi-year grant to the National Center on Family Homelessness for the Campaign to End Child Homelessness. The public policy grant worked at a state and national level to bring the data of child homelessness to the view of stakeholders and elected officials. America’s Youngest Outcasts is a report card for each state on matters relating to homeless children.
